After a quick/informal survey around the office at JMG, everyone here indicated that at one point in their lives, they needed one. Chances are you might have needed one at some point in your lifetime, too.
Well, if you didn’t know. Don’t feel bad. Most of us at JMG didn’t know this was a thing either until we revamped 611 MRI·CT’s website. 611 MRI·CT is a clinic in Altoona that specializes in diagnostic imaging. Before we dug into redesigning their website, Barb Neal, the CEO of 611 MRI·CT, gave a couple of us a tour of their facility and introduced us to many of the staff.
We were quite impressed to say the least. The people we met are very friendly (even before they knew we were doing their website). Their equipment is state of the art. And their facility is nicely decorated and welcoming throughout. After that experience, we wanted to make sure we brought this feeling into their new website.
Regardless, there’s a lot of information about the costs and the procedures a person needs to understand before they have one done. 611 MRI·CT is well aware of this potential for information overload. So they wanted their website to be as simplistic yet informative as possible.

We were able to incorporate a lot of their existing marketing content into their new website. Nothing had changed about the nature of their procedures. They just wanted to changed how they presented themselves. So what we mainly focused on was organizing their content so that someone who never had one of these procedures done before (or never had one done at 611 MRI·CT) could easily understand what the costs were, how to get an appointment, and what to expect when they show up.
